Reservations are available for our indoor tables up to two weeks in advance via Resy. Walk-ins are always welcome. Once we are full, we start a waitlist, and we’ll text you when your spots are ready. Reservations are encouraged
We can only accommodate groups of five or fewer indoors. Groups larger than five need a large party reservation. Please email hi@marthadear.com to check on availability. For groups larger than twenty, the restaurant is available for buyout.
Our outdoor seating is seated first-come, first-served — no reservations. We can only accommodate groups of four or fewer outside.

A credit card is required to book all reservations. No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will be charged $15 per person. There are no exceptions for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your booking.
In order to accommodate reservations throughout the evening, we have reservation limits of 1.5 hours for parties of 2, and 2 hours for parties of four or more.
A 20% service fee is included on all orders to help support our small business pay a living wage to all non-management employees. Tipping on top of this is at the discretion of the guest. A tip of any amount directly impacts the take-home pay for all hourly employees working during the day and evening. Tips are shared between service and kitchen staff, including prep cooks and dishwashers.
Parking in our neighborhood can be tricky and time-consuming. We recommend taking a ride-share or public transportation in lieu of driving. We are closest to the Columbia Heights Metro (green line).
